A: Located on the edge of the Oyhut Bay Wildlife Reserve at the south end of Ocean Shores, Washington that resides on the Pacific Coast, ours is a resort seaside village of cottages and condominiums with Riptide Coffee Company, Oyhut Bay Bistro, activities such as yoga etc. other amenities are being built at this time including the Fresh Market and retail. We do have some construction of new homes as the Village continues to grow.
Q: Can I purchase a home at Oyhut Bay?
A: Yes and we would love to have you join us. 2 and 3 bedroom cottages are now selling. Our Real Estate Office is open daily from 10 am -5 pm, call 360-209-1886 for more information.
Q: How do I rent an Oyhut Bay Cottage or Condo?
A: Planning your stay here is easy. Just visit the main rental page, www.oyhutbaycottagerentals.com, choose the cottage or condo you want to rent and book online. Or call us anytime at 360-209-1886 ext. 1 for personalized service.
Q: What Time is Check-in and Check-out?
A: We ask that you check-in at our on-site Rental office between 4 pm - 5:30 pm. If you anticipate arriving after this time please call our office at 360-209-1886 ext 1 and notify us of your arrival time. Standard Check-in is 5 pm to ensure that your rental is prepared for your arrival.
Check-out is 11 am. Please notify our Rental office of your departure.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: You may cancel without penalty within forty-eight hours of making your reservation. The safety deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours. Any cancellations made within 21 days of your vacation are subject to the loss of the full balance. All cancellations must be made by email sent to [email protected]. Any change or cancellation of reservation prior to the originally scheduled arrival date will be subject to the loss of deposit and any advance payments. Changes that result in a shortened stay will not result in any prorating, refunds, or reduction in rents. Late arrival or early departure does not warrant any refund or credit of rent.
Q: Do you provide linens?
A: Absolutely! Each unit is fully equipped for your vacation. Sheets, towels, and beach towels are all available in the home. If you require more than provided our Rental Office will be happy to replenish the supplies.
